Terms & Conditions
Welcome to IndiaTourWale. By booking any tour, travel package, hotel, transportation, or any other service with IndiaTourWale, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
- • A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.
- • The balance amount must be paid before the start of the trip or as communicated by IndiaTourWale.
- • Failure to make timely payments may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
2. Pricing
- • All package prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
- • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in transportation costs, fuel prices, taxes, government regulations, or supplier charges.
- • Once the full payment is received and the booking is confirmed, the agreed package price will generally remain unchanged unless government taxes or mandatory charges are revised.
3. Package Inclusions & Exclusions
- • Only the services specifically mentioned in the package itinerary are included.
- • Any personal expenses, additional sightseeing, adventure activities, entry tickets (unless mentioned), shopping, laundry, room service, medical expenses, or travel insurance are excluded unless stated otherwise.
4. Travel Documents
- • Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo identification and any permits or documents required for their journey.
- • IndiaTourWale is not responsible for denied boarding or denied hotel check-in due to missing or invalid documents.
5. Itinerary Changes
- • IndiaTourWale reserves the right to modify the itinerary, hotel, vehicle, or sightseeing schedule due to weather conditions, road closures, operational requirements, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- • Alternative arrangements will be made wherever reasonably possible.
6. Hotel & Transportation
- • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are subject to the respective hotel’s policies.
- • Vehicle usage is strictly according to the itinerary. Additional usage may incur extra charges.
7. Guest Responsibility
- • Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the trip.
- • Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or equipment by a guest shall be the guest’s responsibility and may result in additional charges.
8. Force Majeure
- • IndiaTourWale shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or changes caused by natural disasters, landslides, floods, heavy snowfall, road closures, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, government actions, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
9. Liability
- • IndiaTourWale acts as a travel organizer and coordinates services provided by hotels, transport operators, and other third-party suppliers.
- • While we strive to provide a smooth travel experience, our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to IndiaTourWale for the booked services, except where prohibited by applicable law.
10. Acceptance
- • By confirming your booking with IndiaTourWale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
