Cancellation & Refund
At IndiaTourWale, we understand that travel plans may change. The following cancellation policy applies unless otherwise specified for a particular package.
Cancellation Charges

| More than 30 days | 10% of total package cost |
| 15â30 days | 25% of total package cost |
| 7â14 days | 50% of total package cost |
| 3â6 days | 75% of total package cost |
| Less than 72 hours / No Show | 100% of total package cost |
Refund Process
- âĸ Eligible refunds will be processed within 7â14 business days after approval.
- âĸ Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are generally non-refundable once confirmed:
- âĸ Government taxes and permit fees.
- âĸ Entry tickets booked in advance.
- âĸ Visa charges (if applicable).
- âĸ Travel insurance premiums.
- âĸ Convenience or payment gateway charges.
- âĸ Any non-refundable hotel, transport, or supplier charges already incurred.
Changes by the Guest
- âĸ Requests for changes to travel dates, hotels, or itinerary are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- âĸ Any fare or price difference must be paid by the guest.
Cancellation by IndiaTourWale
If IndiaTourWale cancels a tour due to operational reasons, you will be offered either:
- âĸ A full refund of the amount received by IndiaTourWale for the affected booking, or
- âĸ An option to reschedule your trip, subject to availability.
Force Majeure
No refunds shall be payable for interruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, adverse weather, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or similar circumstances. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with alternative arrangements where feasible.
